Kines de Perú does not permit underage, exploitative, or coercive content. Any suspicion that a person depicted in media or advertising is under 18, trafficked, or otherwise unable to consent should be reported immediately and escalated to the appropriate specialist or law-enforcement channel.
Adults only
All advertised persons must be adults and able to consent to publication and advertising.
Escalate fast
Suspected minors, CSAM, or trafficking indicators should be treated as urgent and not as ordinary content disputes.

Zero-tolerance position
Any material that appears to involve a minor, age deception, coercion, trafficking, or non-consensual publication is treated as incompatible with the platform. Reports of that nature should be prioritised for immediate review and preservation of relevant evidence.
Users should not assume that a normal abuse form is enough when a child-safety risk is involved. If there is immediate danger or suspected criminal abuse, law enforcement and specialist reporting routes should be used alongside any report made to the platform.
What to report immediately
Reports should be made without delay if a profile, image set, or message suggests that the person depicted may be underage, is being controlled by a third party, appears unable to consent, or is advertised in a way that indicates exploitation.
- A listed age that conflicts with appearance or supporting information.
- Language suggesting control, debt, transport, confinement, or threats.
- Claims that photos were posted without consent or involve impersonation.
- Any suspicion of child sexual abuse material or grooming behaviour.

RTA supports parental filtering and age-restriction signaling, while ASACP and the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline remain secondary reference points. These resources do not replace local emergency services, but they are credible routes users can recognise and trust.
